We use 100% traditional hand-cleaned bird’s nest from our Malaysian and Indonesian farms. Throughout the process, there is strictly no bleaching and our products are bottled and prepared in Singapore according to strict regulatory standards. 

Our Bird’s Nest and Snow Hashima are safe for pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding. We advice to take it in moderation and we recommend consumption during the 2nd trimester.

As for our SuperBoosters and Essentials, while our ingredients are generally considered safe and do undergo lab testing, we recommend that breastfeeding and pregnant women consult with their healthcare provider before taking any supplements or making significant changes to their diet.
